Our oboe reeds are handmade to the specifications of what is known as the American scrape. When they leave our shop all reeds will crow an octave "C" and will produce a very stable response throughout all registers with an even dark tone.

Our reeds are play tested over several days and sorted into styles - our Regular Medium Hard Reed ($19.95) is perfect for young players.
